Rental Agreement

Safety Rules

Operating Instructions

 

Upon making you reservation, you will receive an email with an attachment that contains a copy of our "Rental Agreement, Release and Assumption of Risks" and our "Safety Rules and Operating Instructions".  Please read these documents when they are received.  If you have any questions or concerns, you should contact us via telephone or email and we will be happy to address them with you.  On the day of your event, our driver will have a copy of these documents which will require your signature prior to setup of the equipment.

 

Rain/Weather Policy

 

There is no penalty or lost deposit for an event cancelled due to rain or high winds as long as the the cancellation takes place prior to driver arrival for equipment set up.  If rain or high winds are in the forecast for the day of your event, you may cancel as late  as the morning of the event prior to the driver leaving our facility.  We generally leave the decision to you, but in cases of heavy rain or high winds, where there is an unacceptable level of danger or risk, we will not set up the inflatable.

 

Deposits

 

A $50 deposit via MasterCard or Visa may be required at the time the order is placed either online or via telephone.  This deposit is fully refundable as long as the order is cancelled for a valid reason (i.e. weather, family emergency, etc.) prior to our driver departing our facility on the day of your event.

 

Methods of Payment

 

MasterCard or Visa is the preferred method of payment.  Cash paid directly to our driver at the time of delivery is also acceptable with prior approval, please contact us to make arrangements.  In the case of a business, religious organization or school event rental, a company check is an acceptable form of payment.  Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks as a valid form of payment.

 

Sales Tax

 

Applicable state and local sales tax will be added to all sales unless a tax exempt number and documentation is provided prior to the date of the event.

 

Set Up Location Requirements

 

The surface on which we set up the inflatable must be flat (no more than 8 inches of slope over a distance of 15 feet) and clear of any sharp objects, such as sticks and rocks.  Additionally, the set up area must be clear of any pet droppings.  There should be no low hanging tree branches or power lines (8 foot minimum distance) that would interfere with the inflated unit.  Driveways (or streets for block parties) are acceptable, we do however need advance notice of this so that we can provide the appropriate safety anchoring devices required to secure the inflatable(s).

 

Electrical Requirements

 

We recommend a grounded outlet on a dedicated 20-amp circuit breaker to run the blower that keeps the inflatable inflated.  If the electrical outlet to be used is more than 20 feet from the blower motor set up location, a medium duty extension cord will be required in order to power the inflatable unit.
